I worked for AAFES for 27 years and retired in 1995. Right now I am teaching at Northern New Mexico Community College in Espanola, NM. I started teaching Computer Science at MVC in Dallas, right after retirement and taught there several years before moving to New Mexico.

    Things I Like

(Not in any order, I like them all)

Adobe Buildings - Since we have move to New Mexico I have become interested in the many adobe buildings found in this area and around the world. See my Adobe page for some interesting pictures. Go to Adobe web page.

Electric Trains - I have several Lional (tm) O27 electric trains. One is pretty old. It is a post-war freight train my brother and I received for Christmas around 1954. It still runs and is in good shape considering the years of fun we have had with it. I have another freight train of a later vintage. My brother got it for me in Christmas in about 1970. I also have the Lional Spirit of 76 set. This set was made in 1976 by Lional to celebrate the bi-centinnal. It has 13 box cars to commemorate the original 13 states. The set is complete with original boxes. My wife got it for my birthday in 1977.

Legos - My son and I love to build with LEGOS (tm). Legos has created a line of products that allow you to build robots and program them from your PC. It's called Lego Mindstorms (tm).See my Legos page for some pictures of our creations.Go to Legos web page.

Genealogy- My daughter got me interested in genealogy. So far We have managed to trace our family line back for 6 generations.
